Feedback for learners can take on the function of alternative performance assessment (formative assessment) or learning support but can also promote self-learning skills or strengthen self-efficacy (when appropriately placed and formulated).<\/p>\n<p>However, feedback does not only refer to the feedback given to the learners. Feedback from learners and colleagues plays an equally crucial role and can help improve teaching quality as well as cooperation and collaboration between colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"   style=\"height: 20px\"><span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<details class=\"dropdown-content-details\">\n<summary class=\"dropdown-content-div\">\n<div class=\"dropdown-content-div\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"dropdown-content-img-course\" src=\"https:\/\/zfl-lernen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/BRANCHING_SZENARIO.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/>Click here to see the contents.<\/div>\n<\/summary>\n<p>This learning module gives you an overview of different feedback and assessment methods as well as digital tools you can use.<\/p>\n<p>This module will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>give a brief introduction to John Hattie\u2019s study \u201cVisible Learning\u201d and an overview of general feedback principles according to Hattie\/Timperley<\/li>\n<li>introduce learning analytics<\/li>\n<li>provide methods and tools for the different phases of feedback and assessment<\/li>\n<li>offer guiding questions which will help you to find a suitable tool and get started<\/li>\n<li>give an opportunity to exchange ideas, practices and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"dropdown-content-details\">\n<summary class=\"dropdown-content-div\">\n<div class=\"dropdown-content-div\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"dropdown-content-img-course alignnone wp-image-31952 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/zfl-lernen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico_hinweis.png\" alt=\"Icon Hinweis\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zfl-lernen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico_hinweis.png 200w, https:\/\/zfl-lernen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico_hinweis-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/zfl-lernen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico_hinweis-12x12.png 12w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>tips for reflection<\/div>\n<\/summary>\n<p>The learning modules contain reflection and transfer questions that allow you to discuss topics with other learners.
