product must fulfil (items). User stories are also described in the items. In school, <\/span><b>the product backlog is the comprehensive work order<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that the teacher discusses with the group of learners during the product backlog refinement. The assignment usually includes the creation of a product.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-info da-style-pink\" id=\"hotspot-hotspot-77681-1\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"hotspot-title\">TEACHER (PRODUCT OWNER)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <strong>Product Owner<\/strong> is the client of the project. They determine the content of the product backlog, may change it and decide which items are currently most important (prioritisation). In school, <\/span><b>the teacher is the Product Owner<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. He also hands over the order.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-info da-style-pink\" id=\"hotspot-hotspot-77681-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"hotspot-title\">GROUP OF LEARNERS (TEAM)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The development <\/span><b>team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is a group of developers from different disciplines (interdisciplinary team). The development team receives an assignment from the Product Owner, which is described by items in the product backlog. The team makes a promise to achieve the goal for each sprint. It is important that the tasks are estimated in advance relative to each other (planning poker\/estimating). In school, the development team is a <\/span><b>group of learners<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> who work together on the assignment.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-info da-style-pink\" id=\"hotspot-hotspot-77681-3\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"hotspot-title\">THE SCRUM MASTER<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"hotspot-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Scrum Master<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is responsible for the Scrum process. For example, they ensure that the daily stand-up is held. The Scrum Master supports the team in solving problems.
