This Online Course has been developed by the Erasmus+ Teacher Academy \u201c<\/span>Teacher Education for a Future in Flux (teff)<\/span><\/i><\/a>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

United under the guiding question „What can we do to improve teacher well-being in Europe?“<\/em>, the online course was developed collaboratively from multiple European locations, drawing on a range of professional experiences and perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

With this Online Course, we offer an opportunity to<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • pre-service teachers<\/strong> (= students who are studying to become teachers, teaching interns, \u2026),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • in-service teachers<\/strong> (experienced teachers, novice teachers, teacher trainees, \u2026),<\/span><\/li>\n
  • and, of course, anyone else<\/strong> interested in the topic,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    to step into the world of teacher well-being and explore its meaning, significance and impact on education.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please note that this learning module can be completed individually, but is particularly<\/em> well suited for small group work.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    • gain insight into significant research<\/strong> on the topic of teacher well-being,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • learn about practical, hands-on ways to address challenges<\/strong> strongly connected to teacher well-being (e.g. creating and maintaining a healthy work-life-balance, communication issues, dealing with stress, \u2026),<\/span><\/li>\n
    • ponder upon possibilities to improve teacher well-being<\/strong> in the (work) field of education,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • identify ways to actively improve the teacher well-bein<\/strong>g of yourself and others around you,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • create your own (personal or group-based) Teacher Well-being Action Plan<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
