Angehende Lehrkr\u00e4fte verinnerlichen gelernte Theorien und erkennen deren Relevanz f\u00fcr die Praxis. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist es, Nachwuchslehrkr\u00e4ften effektive und lehrreiche Praxiserfahrungen zu erm\u00f6glichen, die gut in der Ausbildung integriert sind und angehende Lehrkr\u00e4fte nachvollziehbar und aufeinander aufbauend in Ihrer Professionalisierung unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um eine solche Verzahnung der Praxisphasen und die verschiedenen beteiligten Lernorte &#8211; wie Hochschule, ZfsL und Ausbildungsinstitutionen &#8211; effektiv zu gestalten, ist Transparenz essenziell. Sie erm\u00f6glicht eine bessere Planung und Koordination der Praxisphasen sowie eine kontinuierliche Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und -verbesserung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diese Homepage wurde entwickelt, um die Zusammenarbeit und den Austausch zwischen den verschiedenen Mitgestalter*innen der Lehrkr\u00e4ftebildung zu f\u00f6rdern und zu unterst\u00fctzen. Ziel ist es, eine koh\u00e4rente und gut abgestimmte Lehrer*innenbildung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, die die Bed\u00fcrfnisse aller Beteiligten ber\u00fccksichtigt.
