Feedback and Assessment
In future-oriented teaching within a culture of digitality and a future in flux, feedback and assessment go beyond summative assessment methods – the establishment of a feedback culture is extremely important. Feedback for learners can take on the function of alternative performance assessment (formative assessment) or learning support but can also promote self-learning skills or strengthen self-efficacy (when appropriately placed and formulated).
However, feedback does not only refer to the feedback given to the learners. Feedback from learners and colleagues plays an equally crucial role and can help improve teaching quality as well as cooperation and collaboration between colleagues.

- introduce learning analytics
- provide methods and tools for the different phases of feedback and assessment
- offer guiding questions which will help you to find a suitable tool and get started
- give an opportunity to exchange ideas, practices and tools
tips for reflection

The learning modules contain reflection and transfer questions that allow you to discuss topics with other learners. You have the opportunity to first reflect for yourself in a so-called documentation tool and then enter the key ideas in a digital collection tool called EduMaps and share them with other learners.
There is one EduMaps board per learning module, which is linked at the relevant points in the learning module, as well as a general board with tools, methods and platforms and one with the bundled literature for all learning modules.
